Agates and Arrowheads: Wyoming Prairie Camping 3

0

Filmed March, 2016 at Carmody Lake, Wyoming–just north of the Red Desert, just east of the Rocky Mountains, just south of the Wind River Indian Reservation, home of the Shoshone and Arapaho nations, where I live. The area is rich with agates, and home to coyotes, pronghorn antelope and wild horses. I go there to see the stars, and was enchanted with Jupiter over my tent. My niece polished a few of the agates for me that are shown there at the end. For information on the tent (which supports a hammock, when not napping with dogs), go to YouTube’s SmokehouseHammock. Music: Branford Marsalis performing Colombier’s “Emmanuel.”
