CASPER, Wyo. — Hi, welcome to Chili’s! At their regular meeting Monday July 25, Evansville Town Council approved a liquor license for the bar and grill set to open there.

After months of remodeling and preparation, the restaurant is very close to opening. With training starting next week, their tentative launch date is August 8, said co-owner Bruce Shiveley at the meeting.

The building, which was previously an IHOP location in Evansville, has undergone a complete refurbish in the process of becoming the third Chili’s franchise in Wyoming.

“We’re very excited to have you,” Mayor Chad Edwards told Shiveley.

Chili’s will open at 510 E. Lathrop Road. The casual dining chain offers a diverse menu, which includes burgers, fajitas and many other delights.
