It’s a cold minus 12 degrees Fahrenheit this morning at the Glacier View Turnout on US Highway 191, about 16 miles north of Jackson, Wyoming. The skies are clear and deep blue as the sun rises and shines on the Tetons. The jagged tooth of the Grand Teton captures first light and reflects a warm orange glow. The noise of cars traveling north and south along the highway fills the early morning air.
