Everyone is wondering if the Los Angeles Lakers and Kyrie Irving will be able to make it work.

Ever since it was announced that Irving wanted to leave the Brooklyn Nets, serious speculation has suggested that he will end up on the West Coast with his old buddy LeBron James and the Lakers.

But a deal hasn’t come together for multiple reasons, the biggest being that the Nets aren’t willing to make a move unless they get an awful lot in return.

Some think the idea of Irving to LA is just too complicated to work out but Irving himself raised eyebrows and created more speculation on Thursday night.

That’s because he was sitting courtside for a Los Angeles Sparks game, seemingly comfortable in Crypto.com Arena.

Does this mean that Irving really will be in LA in just a few months?

Will They Or Won’t They?

According to all reports inside the league, Irving wants to be with LA and LA wants Irving to be with them.

Additionally, James is intent on getting Irving on his squad too.

You would think that it would just be a matter of time before Irving was in purple and gold.

But even though Irving is showing all the signs that he wants to move to the coast ASAP that doesn’t mean it’ll happen.

Brooklyn has the upper hand in many ways and if they aren’t satisfied with what LA is offering then they won’t make it happen.

Both sides want this resolved: the Lakers want Irving and the Nets don’t want a star who is unhappy with them.

Perhaps in the weeks ahead both sides will be able to come together and make this happen.
