Adults Only Golf at Mandalay Bay Set to Open • This Week in Gambling

It’s always bigger and better in Sin City, right? Now, the new adults only golf attraction (mini-golf, actually) is set to open on the south side of town, as Swingers Las Vegas will welcome guests for the first time on Friday, November 8th, at Mandalay Bay. So what makes this place so special?

Swingers aims to put an adult twist on traditional mini-golf for those 21 and older. It’s not just mini-golf, but an atmosphere and an experience. It’s really a golf-themed lounge and restaurant that comes with DJs, street food, and even cocktails served by caddies on the course. Plus, it’s air conditioned!

Don’t misunderstand, this is still about adults only golf indoors. In fact, there are four golf courses spread across three levels, and each one has its own unique layout. But the owners say there is an almost “carnival experience” with 15 retro games available as well, from Tons of Tickets and Whack-a-Mole to Spin & Win and Skeeball! Guests can also compete for exciting prizes.

Now, there used to be another venue like this just over ten years ago. Swingers Club minigolf was a real thing back in 2011. That story did not end well, but Vegas has changed quite a bit since then so who knows? And the space was just sitting there not earning money for the casino... so what the hell, give it a shot.

The new Vegas location is not just the newest for Swingers, it’s also the largest. Since its debut in 2014, Swingers has expanded to four locations: two in London, one in Washington, D.C., and one in New York City.
