HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — The Henrico County Division of Police is asking for help locating a missing man who is in need of medication.
According to police, John L. Blanks, Jr. was reported missing at around 10 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 2 after he left his home on the 600 block of Elmfield Drive at around 7:40 a.m. that morning.
Blanks was last seen wearing a burgundy hoodie, green cargo pants and sneakers. He is described as standing six feet tall and weighing 190 pounds with green eyes, “salt and pepper hair” and a scruffy beard.
Blanks has diabetes, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder and is in need of medication, according to police. Anyone who has seen Blanks or has information related to his whereabouts is asked to call Henrico Police at 804-504-5000 or 911.
