As a 15th-century priest, one might assume that his radical thoughts on extraterrestrials would create friction with the Vatican; however, they did not hinder his rise to becoming a cardinal. Interestingly, it wasn’t until the 20th century that the concept of extraterrestrial life gained formal recognition through the theory of the Plurality of Worlds. Nicholas’s insights reveal him as a thinker truly ahead of his time.
